This project is guided by a design approach that prioritises clarity, proportion, and the careful orchestration of light. The spatial planning is deliberately rational, with functions organised along clean, linear axes to create intuitive circulation and a sense of order throughout the home.
Landed Residential Project
Natural daylight plays a central role in shaping the interior experience. Spaces are aligned along the building’s openings to maximise light penetration, allowing rooms to feel open and calm while reducing visual clutter. The layout encourages continuity between functional zones, resulting in an environment that feels cohesive rather than compartmentalised.
