24 Park Villa Green
This project explores spatial layering and acoustic separation within a resale HDB flat, transforming the living area into a dual-function environment that accommodates both everyday domestic life and dedicated musical practice. The architectural intervention is defined by clarity of zoning, material contrast, and controlled transparency.
Resale Residential Project
A full-height glazed partition is introduced as the primary architectural device. Rather than enclosing space in a conventional manner, the glass wall maintains visual continuity across the living areas while providing functional separation. This strategy allows natural light to permeate both zones and preserves a sense of openness, despite the programmatic division. The transparency of the partition reinforces spatial depth and frames the piano room as a focal element within the home.
