This project involves the transformation of a resale HDB flat into a bright, contemporary home through a restrained architectural language that emphasizes spatial clarity, light, and material refinement. The design approach prioritizes openness and continuity while responding sensitively to the constraints typical of public housing layouts.
Resale Residential Project
Built-in cabinetry is detailed with precise proportions and clean junctions, reinforcing the architectural clarity of the intervention. The floating media console reduces visual mass and maintains floor continuity, allowing the living area to feel expansive despite the compact footprint typical of public housing. Furniture selection remains deliberately restrained, ensuring that freestanding elements do not compete with the architectural language.
